In line with its leading role, the DBVC is committed to seriousness, quality standards and professionalism in the coaching sector.
Sonja Kalusche has been certified as a Professional Coach by the DBVC since 25 June 2012.
isb Wiesloch – Institute of Systemic Professionalism
The isb was founded in 1984 by Bernd Schmid. Today, it is one of the most renowned systemic training institutes in the field of organisations in the German-speaking world. For more than 35 years, managers and specialists in the areas of systemic consulting, coaching, team and personnel, organizational and cultural development have been qualified with regard to the management of organizations in change processes and the fit between people and organizations.
Sonja Kalusche holds the master’s title at isb Wiesloch and educates herself further there regularly.
International Business Coaching e.V. (IOBC)
IOBC is the only international association for professional coaching with a focus on business coaching and leadership. It represents and connects business coaches, as well as experts in coaching from companies, science, research and training with the highest standards. Worldwide. The DBVC and its members are the initiator and founding member of the IOBC.
Gründerland Bayern
Founding Land Bavaria is an initiative of the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. With offers such as advice and coaching, it supports (aspiring) entrepreneurs in both start-ups and business consequences. Since April 2020, Kalusche Consulting has been a consultant within the meaning of the current pre-start coaching policy, confirmed and listed in the consultant database by the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce for Middle Franconia.
Women on the Supervisory Boards (FidAR) e.V.
Since November 2020, Sonja Kalusche has been one of more than a thousand members of the Supervisory Boards (FidAR) e.V. FidAR has set itself the goal of significantly and sustainably increasing the proportion of women on the German supervisory boards. FidAR was founded in 2006 by women in leadership positions from business, science and politics. The association carries out sustainable, competent persuasion work in order to attract decision-makers in business and politics for a higher proportion of women in the management levels of the economy.
International Coaching Federation (ICF)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) was founded in 1995 in the USA and is today the largest non-profit association of professional coaches with more than 45,000 members in 143 countries worldwide. The ICF sets worldwide standards in the field of professional coaching and places particular emphasis on the ethical and professional conduct of its members.
