Together with a highly motivated leadership team, central points such as the strengthening of the leadership team and the development of leadership guidelines were worked on. This strengthened trust among the participants and resulted in a common understanding of leadership. In order to appear strong as a leadership team in the future, the topics of vision and mission were also developed.
