Florian Simon has been helping people and teams to work better together for over 20 years. First as a player and coach in competitive sport, then as a personnel developer and HR manager in corporate groups and companies in the IT environment. Since 2011, he has been working as an independent organizational and team developer in medium-sized and large companies in Germany and Austria with a focus on trust and appreciation in the workplace.

Florian Simon is known for being an “atypical consultant”, working in a very lively and authentic way and always combining scientific theory with a strong practical orientation.
