Hannah Bär studied psychology at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg. She completed her master’s degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology.

During her studies, she gained professional experience working as a working student in the talent management, marketing and recruiting department of a welfare organization and during her internship in the strategic talent management department of an international technology group.

The enthusiasm for systemic consulting that she developed during her studies has now led her to Kalusche Consulting as a trainee.
