Julia Kretschmer completed her studies in International Business in Dresden, where she was able to gain international insights through several semesters abroad in Helsinki and Krakow. During her studies, she also gained professional experience in various areas of human resources, including recruiting and training. She then moved to Nuremberg, where she successfully completed her Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management. She wrote her thesis at a well-known sports company on the introduction of new management models.

After more than two years as a working student at Kalusche Consulting, Julia Kretschmer now enriches the team as a junior consultant with her positive nature. With creativity, reliability and enthusiasm, Ms Kretschmer works on her various topics and projects, always with the aim of learning something new every day.
